Change Management Institute

HPL's Change Management Institute provides comprehensive facilitation and educational support to organizations that have chosen to initiate major change initiative projects within their respective organizations. There are a wide variety of support services that can be offer to an organization which range from pure facilitation to complete process reengineering. Previous project have included:

(1) Training Black and Green Belt Six Sigma project leaders in the soft skills associated with project management,

(2) Providing facilitation and change management expertise to a cross-functional team chartered with the task of reengineering the company's new product development process,

(3) providing a variety change management workshops to employees and managers of an organization who recently experienced a major downsizing and operational consolidation of their organization.
