Global Leadership Institute

The Global Leadership Institute offers more advanced and comprehensive leadership development programs. Typical these programs will last from two to five days in length. In many cases, the developmental focus of these programs will support the critical success factors of the organization or address critical challenges the organization and its leaders are facing, such as; major changes, performance issues, or the need to reengineer critical processes. Many of these advanced leadership development programs are project based requiring the participating managers to present to their senior management a significant process improvement project. HPL has recently launched several Leadership Development Institutes designed to strengthen the leadership capabilities of the clients management teams and to help prepare the team for major transformational changes that will present significant challenges regarding how they currently operate in the future.
